Only a 10 minute drive to the historical Garrison District, in the heart of downtown Fredericton or just a 30 minute bike ride away, along the beautiful Trans Canada Trail.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES OFFERED:
- Daily amenities, access to the pool facility and mini putt are at a discounted rate of $10 (+HST) per person, per day. Access to our poolside canteen is available to registered campers for take-out.
- Locking your preferred site number is available, ranging from $15.00 to $25.00
- Late check-out/layover option is available in a designated parking lot for $25 per day.
- Ice is available onsite for $5.00 per bag (3kg)
- Firewood is available onsite for $10.00 per bundle. (HST applicable)

3 WAY SERVICED SITES
Our fully serviced sites include municipal drinking water, electricity, and sewer hookups, with 30 or 50 amp power. Designed to accommodate small, medium, and large RVs, these sites are available as both pull-thru and back-in options. Rates ranging from $90 per night to $110 per night, for a family of four, with additional guests at $10 per person, per night.
Get full access to our Waterpark and Mini Putt for $10 per person, per day. On-site parking is included for up to two vehicle
2 WAY SERVICED SITES
Our 2-way sites offer municipal drinking water and 20 or 30 amp electricity. Designed to accommodate medium-sized RVs or two family-size tents. Rates ranging from $80 per night to $90 per night, for a family of four, with additional guests at $10 per person, per night.
Our RV Overflow back-in sites are suited for RVs ranging from 25 to 35 feet, at a cost of $66 per night.
Get full access to our Waterpark and Mini Putt for $10 per person, per day. On-site parking is included for one vehicle.
TENT SITES
Our tent-only sites offer a convenient camping experience, with shared access to municipal drinking water and electricity nearby. Each site accommodates one tent, suitable for a family of four, at a cost of $75 per night, with additional guests at $10 per person, per night.
Get full access to our Waterpark and Mini Putt for $10 per person, per day. Please note: on-site parking is not available, but parking is provided nearby.
