Covid-19 Information


Our Park is open for the 2020 season however with the guidelines for “Yellow Phase” as set by the Province of New Brunswick each of us will be responsible to follow them to the best of your ability. (For a more detailed description of these provincial guidelines we recommend to click this link

At this time our Mini Golf is open to everyone subject to the social distancing between groups not part of a bubble. The playground and entertainment centre (games room) will be closed for now.

Our waterpark is OPEN June 19th.  Due to provincial regulations we are limited to the number of guests in the pool area at one time. Therefore In an attempt to give everyone an opportunity to partake in the waterpark we will be limiting use to our campers only and on a rotation basis that may run from 2 hours to 4 hours depending on a number of factors such as bather load, weather, regulations, etc. beginning at 10AM each day.

Information for Guests Pre-Arrival

We are looking forward to hosting you at our Resort. With the current situation, we are taking the necessary steps to ensure the safety of all our guests. Please make sure that you have taken the necessary precautions to minimize the risk of propagation of COVID-19.

To do prior to arrival

  • Check your temperature before leaving your home and before arriving. Your temperature cannot exceed 38°C/ 100.4°F.
  • If you have a fever or flu-type symptoms, please restrain from travelling. If you have tested positive for COVID-19, or a presumptive case, or have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive or is a presumptive case, we request that you do not enter Hartt Island RV Resort & Waterpark.
  • Please remember to bring a mask and gloves or hand sanitizer for the occasions that you will need them.

Here are the precautions taken by our team to ensure your safety and health

  1.  A cleaning schedule that is updated regularly
  2. Hand sanitizer that is available upon entry
  3. Displaying all the necessary signage
  4. Purchased all essential materials and supplies for the safety of staff and guests
  5. Developed work plans for employees, which includes updated safety training
  6. Established Pre-Screening Tools for employees
  7. Developed a plan in case an employee or visitor/customer becomes ill and possibly infectious.

Right to refuse entry

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse entry if you show signs of COVID-19, or we can presume that you have been in contact with someone that is positive and active with the virus.

Code of Conduct

  1. No one with a fever or symptoms of COVID-19 is to be permitted inside
  2. Physical distancing restrictions must be followed upon entry
  3. Follow any signage on the floors or the walls
  4. Follow floor markers for any areas where a line up may occur (washrooms, reception, etc.)

Operating Hours and Events

  1. Currently, our children’s Playground and Activity Centre are closed due to social distancing requirements.
  2. Our waterpark will operate daily weather permitting but with limited access in accordance with the provincial regulations for social distancing. This may mean, depending on bather load, access on a rotating basis.
  3. Other Events and Activities can take place as long as all social distancing and gathering
    restrictions are followed.
